Job Title:   Sales Development Specialist(Samsung Account) 

n  Description / Requirement
- Backlight or optical film experience is required
- Lead sales revenue & profit growth in Korea market
- Develop and implement new growth initiatives and opportunities aligned with business strategic direction 
- Enhance and develop the distributor relationship 
- Develop and implement sales & marketing plan
- Provide Technical leadership in the development of processes/products for LCD, OLED, Projection and Plasma Display Film and Sheet products for the display 
- Responsibility will include working cross functionally on a global basis with technologists, product management, field quality, commercial and manufacturing teams to develop game changing opportunities in support of Display and Optical Film business plan.  

n  Qualifications
- BA degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics
- Experience in the flat panel display industry is highly desired
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and interaction skill in English is required.
- Proficient in basic statistics, design of experiments (DOE), advanced predictive design
- Proficient in use of information technology
- Ability to work and lead in cross-functional and global teams
