▷ Responsibilities
- Lead and execute coating technology programs to drive short and long term business growth strategy.  
- Drive platform and next generation product technology, and work closely with other team members to develop innovative solutions. 
- Proactively communicate with project members and business stakeholders including project management and industry marketing on project progress towards business goals and address potential gaps/barriers. Actively participate in project reviews and project Gate reviews.
- Provide technical expertise in understanding and evaluating materials/application needs through testing and prototyping.
- Act as prime contact for technical questions on coating portfolio and interact with technical experts in other poles.
- Support manufacturing in product scale-up, translations and, as needed, to troubleshoot and optimize performance. 

▷ Requirements
- Ph.D or Master degree in Applied Physics, Polymer Science & Engineering, Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years prior experience in coating process, coating formulation, vacuum deposition & sputtering.
- Demonstrated technology excellence with proven ability of program management and coordination.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization and interaction skills in both English and Korean. 
- Ability to work in cross-functional and remote teams. 
- Six Sigma (DMAIC and DFSS) and IP knowledge are preferred.
