Your initial assignment will be in one of our Departmental Orientation Programs. You will receive training on our products and services as well as gain hands-on experience by participating in product installations at customer sites, assisting in troubleshooting complex technical problems and helping provide customer support. 

Over the next 1-2 years, you will continue to enhance your understanding of our technology and customers until you become largely autonomous and have developed a solid understanding of  business.  Achieving this milestone is a step towards a broader career. 

- Provide Technical support to customers via telephone calls and emails channels as well as monitor the NOC(Network Operation Center) during hours assigned.

- Provide documentation of technical support issues and work with mentors in US head office to ensure timely resolution of customers’ issues.

- Travel to customers’ sites for software installation & configuration, data migration, trouble-shooting and/or provide product training.
