- RCCA of customer complaints
- Follow up CIR
- Requests Handling from customers or commercial team
- Follow up on RoHS & MSDS
- LIMS Administration
- Formula update

[Academic Qualifications]
- Bachelor grade of  Chemical Engineering (or Chemistry)
- Working English
- App. 5 years with Plastics compounding company (과장급)
