[Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities]
	*Evaluate validity of data, apply statistics, interpret results and take 
         appropriate action in close cooperation with other team.
	*Participate and efforts to implement corrective action, which improve 
         manufacturing process
	*Management of mass product : related specification (IQC/PQC/OQC)
	*Train and coach others on analytical system and technology
	*Facilitate standardization of analytical system and operating 
         discipline/quality system.

[Education/Certification Requirements]

         *BS or higher degree in chemistry or related area is required.
         *Candidates for this position should have 5years of analysis or
           quality related experience
         *Fluent English writing & speaking is needed

[Competencies Requirements]

        *Commitment to safety and teamwork in the workplace is required.
         *Basic knowledge of standard information technologies in a research    
          environment (Basic computer literacy, software, databases, lab systems 
          etc.) is required.
         *Demonstration of strong personal leadership, initiative and 
          accountability to deliver against project goals is essential for success.
         *Teamwork and good communication skill are essential due to globally 
           aligned business and working across cultures
