Peer review process
The editor-in-chief assigns the submitted manuscript to the proper editor considering its specific area. The editor may reject the assigned manuscript outright if it does not adequately fit the scope of the journal. If suitable, the manuscript is sent to reviewers. The reviewers provide comments and suggestions for revision and make a recommendation to the editor. The editor then suggests the editor-in-chief make a decision. The editor-in-chief makes a decision and tells the corresponding author what the decision is.
The decision could be :
· Accept as is
· Minor revisions needed
· Major revisions needed
· Reject
The corresponding author then chooses whether to revise the paper and resubmit. If suitable after revision, the revised manuscript will be accepted.
