Abstract
Thiobacillus ferrooxidans에 의한 Fe2+의 산화반응 kinetics에 대하여 연구하였다. 비가역 자동촉매반응 모델을 제안하였고 다른 모델과 비교하였다. 제안된 모델의 적응성을 관찰하기 위해 초기 Fe2+의 농도가 0.035∼0.217 N이고 Fe3+의 초기 농도는 0.00372∼0.00745 N의 조건에서 실험하였다. 종래의 연구에서는 실험시간이 3시간 이하였는데 본 연구에서는 50∼100시간 동안이었다. 실험치와의 비교분석은 적분법과 초기속도법을 이용하였다. 이 분석 결과, 비가역 자동촉매반응 모델이 다른 모델보다 우수함을 관찰했다.
The kinetic nature of Fe++ oxidation to Fe+++ by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was studied. An irreversible autocatalytic model was proposed and compared with other models. The experiments were carried out to verify the proposed model.
The duration of a single experimental run was ranged from 50 hrs to 100 hrs(c.f. previo-usly less than 3 hrs). Both the integral and the initial rate methods were used in analyzing the experimental results.
The analysis shows that the proposed irreversibel auto-catalytic mechanism is best fitted to the experimental results among the various models.
