Abstract
중유회분으로부터 바나듐을 회수하는 공정에서 바나듐을 분리한 후의 니켈용액에 황산암모늄을 첨가하므로서 니켈을 겸염인 Nickel ammonium sulfate수화물(NAS)로 효과적으로 회수되었다. 황산암모늄 첨가량은 결정크기에는 별다른 영향이 미치지 못하나 과잉의 황산암모늄을 첨가하므로서 급격한 용해도의 감소에 따라 NAS의 회수율이 크게 증가되었다.
중유회분 1 ton당 220∼230 kg의 NAS를 회수하였다.
MSMPR 냉각 결정기에서 핵 생성속도를 고찰하였으며 이를 마그마 밀도 및 결정 성장속도와의 곤계는 Bo=kMG2.0으로 나타내었으며, 상수 k는 온도, 교반속도 그리고 유체특성에 따라 결정된다. 본 연구범위내에서 k값은 1.47×1012이였다.

The nichel values from the fuel oil ash could be efficiently recovered as double salt, nickel ammounium sulfate hexabhydrated crystal(NAS), by the addition of ammounum sulfate to the nickel prefnant liquor from the vanadium recovery process.
The amount of ammounium sulfate added has little effect on the crystal suze characterisiics, but the yield of crystalline precipitate was greatly increased by the addition of ammonium sulfate in excess because of the sharp decrease in solubility of NAS.
The recovery of nickel valuse as NAS was ranged 220 to 230 kg per ton of the fuel oil ash.
The nucleation rate was studied in a mixed suspension-mixed product removal cooling crystallizer, which was found to correlate with power-lqw kinetics of the form Bo=kMG2.0 The constant k is a function of operation conditions that include temperature, degree of agitation and fluid characteristics. The value of k was 1.47×1012 under the experimental conditions in this investigation.
