Abstract
유동층 전극반응기내의 반응속도분포를 검토하였다. 산성구리용액중 구리전착반응계에서 연속상유효비전기전도도(Ks)에 대한 분산상 유효비전기전도도(Km)의 비 Km/Ks = 4∼20 정도이면 반응의 대부분이 격막인접 영역(격막으로부터 약 0.8 ㎝까지)에서 일어나고 있으며, Km/Ko = 0.07∼0.2 정도이면 반응은 거의 전류공급판 인접영역(전류공급판으로부터 약 0.6 ㎝까지)에서 일어나고 있다. 그리고 Km/Ks ≃ 1 이면 반응기 양끝 부분이 활성영역임을 알았다.
The distribution of the reation rate in a fluidized bed electrode reactor was studied. The distribution was strongly influenced by the effective specific electrical conductivities of the continuous electrolyte phase(Ks) and of the dispersed particle phase(Km).
For the ratio of conductivities(Km/Ks) in the range of 4∼20, the reaction mainly occurred in the diaphragm region(0∼0.8 ㎝ from the diaphragm). However, the main reaction occurred in the feeder region(0∼0.9 ㎝ from the feeder) for the ratio of Km/Ks in the range of 0.07∼0.2.
For the case of Km≃Ks, the reaction occurred mostly at both ends of the reactior.
