Abstract

단일 세공 구조를 가진 다공성 고분자 수지 충전층에서 기체의 세공 확산계수와 겔 확산계수를 동시에 추산할 수 있는 동적 모델을 개발하였다. 이 모델은 이중 세공 구조를 가진 다공성 고체충전층에서 기체의 펄스-응답 특성을 나타내는 Kubin-Kucera 모델과 수식적으로 동일하다.
Amberlyst 15-N2 계의 과도응답을 모멘트 법으로 해석하여 10-2 order of magnitude의 Di/r02값을 얻었으며, 겔 확산계수의 온도 의존성은 Arrhenius식으로 나타낼 수 있었다.
A dynamic model was developed by applying Kubin-Kucera model in case of the porous solid with bimodal pore structure-gas system to the porous polymer resin with unimodal pore structure-gas system. With the model pore diffusivity and polymer gel diffusivity in fixed bed of porous polymer resin can be estimated simultaneously. Analysing the transient response of Amberlyst 15-N2 system by means of moment analysis, we obtained the Di/r02 value of 10-2 order of magnitude. And the temperature dependence of the gel diffusivity was represented by Arrhenius’equation.
