Abstract

일반적이고 계산시간이 빠른 증류탑의 정상상태 모사 프로그램을 구성하기 위한 변형 Newton-Raphson 방법을 제시하였다.
증류탑의 정상상태 모사는 서로 간섭하는 비선형 대수방정식계의 해를 구하는 문제로써 반복계산이 요구된다. 따라서 효율적이고 믿을 수 있는 반복계산법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 서로 간섭하는 비선형 대수방정식계의 모든 방정식들을 선형화하여 푸는 효율적인 Newton-Raphson 방법의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여, Quasi-Newton 방법과 Random-Search 방법을 첨가하였다. 이 변형된 방법으로 각각의 방법들의 잇점을 효율적으로 잘 이용할 수 있었으며 Quasi-Newton 방법은 계산부담을 줄이고, Random-Search 방법은 수렴영역을 넓혔다.
A modified Newton-Raphson method was proposed to develop a general and fast computer program for the simulation of steady-state distillation column.
Efficient and reliable numerical methods are required to solve highly interacting nonlinear algebraic equations for the simulation of steady-state distillation column. To improve the performance of Newton-Raphson method, which is often very effective in solving nonlinear equations through the use of linearization, quasi-Newton method and Random-Search technique were utilized. The results show the modified method to be an effective combination of the advantage of each method, with reduction in computing load by the use of quasi-Newton method and expansion in convergance region through the use of the Random-Search technique.
