Abstract
비구형 입자인 모래와 물의 슬러리계에서 최소 수송 속도를 구하기 위해 입자의 크기를 측정치 않는 침강 속도의 함수로 관련식을 제시하였다. 고체 농도가 약 1∼20 % 범위의 실험에서 농도가 15 %까지는 농도에 따라 최소 수송 속도가 증가한 반면, 그 이상의 농도에서는 고체 입자의 농도에 무관하였다.
The minimum transport veocity of sand-water slurry system in the concentration range of 1-20 volume % has been correlated in terms of particle settling velocity. Minimum transport velocity of slurries increased with the concentration of sand until the value reaches 15 %. Thereafter, the minimum transport velocity is independent of slurry concentration.
