Abstract

최근 석유절감 및 석탄이용기술의 하나로서 중요시 되고 있는 COM(coal oil mixture)의 유변학적 특성에 대한 실험을 하였다. COM의 점도변화를 석탄의 농도, COM의 온도, 수분함량 및 첨가한 안정제의 영향에 따라서 조사하였으며, 특히 석탄농도 40 중량% 및 45 중량% COM에 대하여 수분함량을 변화시키면서 70 ℃에서 비뉴톤성향을 알아보았다. COM의 온도변화에 따른 점도는 μ=C1tc2식으로 표시되었고, 농도 변화에 따른 점도는 Thomas가 제시한 식으로 표시되었다.
수분을 포함한 COM은 비뉴톤 특성을 나타냈으며 pseudoplastic모델에 잘 맞았다.
Rheological properties of coal-oil mixture(COM) was studied. The viscosity of COM was measured by changing the coal concentration, temperature, water content, and stabilizing agent.
Non-Newtonian Properties of 40 wt% and 45 wt% coal COM was investigated by varing the water concentration at 70 ℃.
The viscosity variance vs temperature was well fitted with the equation μ=C1tc2, and the viscosity corresponding to the volume concentration of coal was also well fitted with the Thomas relation.
The COM including water showed non-Newtonian characteristics of pseudoplastic model.
