합성 Zeolite NaA와 LiA 촉매상에서 에탄올의 탈수

Abstract

에틸렌과 에테르를 생성하는 에탄올의 탈수반응에 관하여 상압하, 270-350 ℃에서 연구하였다.
지올라이트 NaA촉매는 고령토로부터 합성하였으며 지올라이트 LiA촉매는 지올라이트 NaA를 Li+이온으로 치환하여 만들었다.
지올라이트 LiA촉매에서의 에틸렌 선택도는 지올라이트 NaA촉매에서 보다 컸다. 지올라이트 LiA촉매에 의한 탈수반응은 single site 표면반응기구였다 지올라이트 LiA에 의해 에틸렌으로 되는 에탄올의 활성화에너지는 12.5 kcal/mol였다. 에탄올과 물의 지올라이트 LiA에서의 흡착엔탈피는 각각 -4.106 kcal/mol 및 -8.64 kcal/mol였다.
The catalytic dehydration of ethanol to produce ethylene and ether was studied in 270-350 ℃ temperature range under the atmospheric pressure.
Zeolite NaA catalyst was synthesized from kaolin. Zeolite LiA catalyst was prepared by exchanging of Na+ ion of Zeolite NaA with Li+ ion.
Ethylene selectivity on Zeolite LiA catalyst was larger than that on Zeolite NaA catalyst. Dehydration on Zeolite LiA catalyst was found to be a single-site surface reaction controlled mechanism. Activation energy of the reaction to produce ethylene from ethanol on Zeolite LiA was 12.5 Kcal/mol. Adsorption enthalpy of ethanol and water on Zeolite LiA was -4.106 Kcal/mol and -8.64 Kcal/mol, respectively.
