Abstract
관형반응기에 wood chip을 충전한 후 Saccharomyces formosensis용액을 통과시켜 효모를 고정화할 시 효모 용액 유량과 wood chip크기에 따른 고정화 정도를 고찰하였다.
고정화된 관형발효조에서 포도당을 에탄올로 발효시키면서 에탄올 생산성, 발효조 특성, 에탄올 수율, 물질전달 및 운전안정성을 연구하여 다른 형태의 발효조와 서로 비교하였다.

A Tubular Fermentor was prepared by packing the wood chips and pumping the yeast solution in a tubular column. The experiments were prepared to determine the immobilization process variables, such as flow velocity and wood chip size.
Investigations to characterize ethanol fermentation in the immobilized cell tubular fermentor were undertaken and these results were compared with those of other fermentors.
