원통관들을 직교하는 점성류의 유동현상에 관한 수치모사 연구

Abstract

무한히 긴 원통형관으로 구성된 배열과 타원형관으로 구성된된 각각의 배열에 대해서 갱상상태인 비압축성 점성유체가 직교하여 흐르는 유동현상을 규명하기 위하여 stream function과 vorticity로 표현되는 운동방정식을 유한차분화하여 수치모사실험을 행하였다.
직교좌표계에서는 원통형관또는 타원형관의 표면이 격자점과 잘 일치하지 않으므로 원통형관에 인접한 경우와 원통형관으로부터 떨어진 두 경우로 나누어 유한차분화하였으며 원통형관표면에서의 surface vorticity를 계산하기 위하여 연속하는 격자점에서의 stream function을 이용하였다.
The Navier-Stokes equations are solved numerically for two-dimensional laminar flow of incompressible Newtonian fluid across the arrays of circular or elliptic cylinders. A square mesh is used to effect a discrete representation of the physical field. This necessitates the use of special treatment at mesh points near the curved boundary and also involves a new method of determining the surface vorticity using values of the stream function at various mesh points.
