리그닌 추출 및 글루코오스 생성을 위한 볏짚의 화학적 전처리법

Abstract

농산폐자원인 볏짚으로부터 유용성분을 효과적으로 추출, 분리하기 위한 전처리 방법으로서 p-Toluenesulfonic acid를 촉매로 하고 부틸알코올과 물을 용매로 볏짚과 반응시켜 리그닌과 셀룰로우스를 추출분리하였다. 반응결과 반응온도 120 ℃, 반응시간 2시간이 최적조건 이었으며, 이때 리그닌 추출률은 약 87 %였다.
속도식은 1차반응으로 나타낼 수 있었으며 반응속도 상수 값은 0.14hr-1이었다. 또한 전처리된 볏짚을 가수분해시켜 14 ㎎/ml의 글루코오스를 얻을 수 있었다.
As a pretreatment of agricultural waste to utilize their useful components, rice straw was delignified by using butanol and water as solvent in the presence of p-Toluenesulfonic acid.
Optimum condition were 120 ℃ and 2 hr. At that time separated lignin was 87 % and reaction rate was first order reaction, k=0.14 hr-1.
The amount of glucose was 14 mg/ml after hydrolysis pretreated rice straw.
