Abstract

Slab형 침전 결정화기에서 반회분식 조업으로 제조되는 AUC[Ammonium Uranyl Carbonate·(NH44 UO2 (CO3)3] 침전반응의 반응속도에 대해 연구하였다.
입자수지식을 모멘트 변환하고, 각 순간의 입자 분포의 실험값으로부터 2차 및 유효 핵생성 속도와 결정성장 속도를 구하였다. 또한 이 속도들을 모액 중의 우라늄 농도와 슬러리 농도의 함수로 표시하였다. 특히 15μm 보다 작은 입자들은 입자 밀도가 대단히 컸는데, 이것은 주로 순환 펌핑시 충돌에 의해 큰 결정들이 마모된 것으로 볼 수 있었다.
The crystallization rates of AUC(Ammonium Uranyl Carbonate) by semi-batch operations in the slab-type precipitator were studied.
From the moment transformation of population balance equation and the experimental data of particle size distributions secondary, effective nucleation and growth rates were obtained. These rate laws were determined as a concentration term of uranium in mother liquor or slurry. Particularly, the population densities of smaller particles than 15μm were high due to attrition of large particles during circulation by the centrifugal pump.
