Abstract

본 연구는 막을 이용한 기체분리 현상을 기공전달 현상으로 모사형 물질전달 계수와 기공의 크기, 막의 투과상수 등 막의 물리적 특성과의 관계를 규명하고 이로부터 기체혼합물의 분리상수를 결정하였다. 기공 전달 기구로서 Knudsen 확산, 정상확산(ordinary molecular diffusion), 압력차에 의한 점성모세관 흐름(viscous capillary flow) 등을 고려하였으며 이를 이론적으로 해석하여 최대분리상수(separation factor)를 갖는 전달 매개변수를 예측하였다.
An expression of gas transport through a porous medium is presented in the presence of gradients in composition, and pressure. Equations are given for the descriptions of purely diffusional mechanisms, and of combin-ed diffusional and viscous capillary flows. The separation effect via a porous membrane is considered as a function of various physical parameters(e.g., effective pore radius, permeability and pressure gradients).
