Abstract
막분리공정의 투과속도에 대한 유분 점도의 영향을 회분식 교반투과장치를 이용하여 실험하였다. 여기에 사용된 막으로는 덴마크 DDS사의 FS-81PP와 FSM-2.0PP을 사용하였으며 시료로는 윤활기유를 사용하였다. 투과속도의 역수(1/Jv)와 유분의 동점도(v)사이에는 1/Jv=Av+B 관게로 나타낼 수 있으며 여기서 A와 B는 주어진 조건, 즉 작동 압력과 교반속도가 정해지면 막의 특성을 나타내는 상수가 된다. 또 유분의 동점도는 온도의 함수이므로 온도의 영향을 유분 점도의 변화로 해석할 수 있다.
The effect of oil viscosity on flux in membrane separation process was studied in the stirred batch cell. Membranes used in our experiment were FS-81PP and FSM-2.0PP from Denmark DDS Co. and test solutions were the mixtures of base lube oils. It was found that the relationship between the inverse flux(1/Jv)and the kinematic viscosity of oil(ν) can be shown as 1/Jv=Aν+B where A and B are the characteristic parameters of the membrane under given operation conditions. It was also found that the effect of temperature can be interpreted as the change in oil viscosity.
