Abstract

철담지촉매를 이용하여 Fischer-Tropsch 합성반응실험을 수행하였으며, 반응조건은 전압 1atm, 온도 270℃이었다. 촉매의 활성은 10-20시간 후에 정상상태에 이르며 환원시간이 길수록, 환원온도가 높을수록 활성이 안정하였다. 또한 전혀 환원하지 않은 촉매도 활성을 나타내었다. 그러나 정상상태에서의 활성은 환원조건에 의해 크게 영향받지 않았다. 칼륨이 첨가된 촉매에서는 활성의 커다란 저하없이 올레핀 선택도가 향상되었으며 이산화탁송의 생성이 증가되었다. 공간속도 9460hr-1, H2/CO=2의 반응조건하에서 최대 53.6%의 올레핀 선택도를 보였다.
The Fischer-Tropsch syntheses over silica-supported iron catalysts were carried out in an atmospheric reactor at 270℃. The catalytic activity extended to steady-state value after 10-20 hour reaction. The longer reduction period and the higher reduction temperature made the catalytic activity more stable, and even unreduced catalyst showed similiar activity. K-promoted catalysts showed higher olefin selectivity and increased CO2 production rate with little decrease of activity. The maximum olefin selectivity of 53.5% was obtained at space velocity of 9600h-1, H2/CO=2.
