Abstract

공기 및 수증기를 가스화제로 사용한 저열량 석탄가스화 실험이 직경 7.5cm의 실험용 유동층 석탄가스화 반응기에서 행하였다. 사용 석탄은 평균 입자 크기 0.41mm, 0.87mm의 Victoria 준역청탄이며 먼저 질소와 공기를 사용한 열분해 실험을 하였고 여기서 생성된 평근 입자 크기 0.31mm, 0.6mm촤 입자를 사용한 상압 석탄가스화 실험을 하였다. 촤 투입 속도 1.6kg/hr, 고기량 변화 4.33-6.5kg/hr, 수증기량 0.8-2.5kg/hr 및 층내 온도 800-900℃범위의 변수 변화 조건에서 생성가스의 조성 변화가 측정되었다. 생성가스는 H2 21.4-8.8%, CH4 1.0-0.05%, CO 18.5-7.3%, CO2 18.37-8.44%의 몰농도 조성 변화를 나타내었고, 발열량 1,308-500kcal/m3의 석탄가스를 얻었으며 전체적으로 탄소 전환율은 71.0-94% 범위에서 변화하였다.
Gasification of Victoria subbituminous coal was conducted in a 7.5cm-ID atmospheric lab.-scale fluidized-bed gasifier with variation of operating conditions such as temperature (800-900℃), char feeding rate(1.6kg/hr), air flow rate(4.33-6.5kg/hr), particle size(0.31mm, 0.6mm), and steam flow rate(0.8-2.5kg/hr). As a result, the mol concentration of H2 in the product gas was 21.4-8.8%, that of CH4 was 1.0-0.05%, that of CO was 18.5-7.3%, and that of CO2 was 18.37-8.44%. The calorific value of product gas was in the range of 1,308kcal/m3, and carbon conversion was iin the range of 71% to 94%.
