Solvent-water-phridine계에 대한 삼성분계의 액-액 평형

Abstract

25℃에서 solvent(cyclohexane, o-xylene, monochlorobenzene, n-buthyl acetate, acetate, aniline, ethyl acetate)-water-pyridine계에 대한 용해도곡선을 측정하여 tie line, plait point를 구하였다. Tie line 계산치를 예측하기 위하여 tie line 실험치를 UNIQUAC, modified UNIQUAC 모델식에 상호연관시켜 모델 중의 파라미터를 결정하였다. 또한 tie line 실험데이타의 건성성과 3성분계에 대한 분배곡선과 선택도곡선을 결정하여 용매의 추출성을 고찰하였다.
The experimental binodal curve, tie line and plait point were determined for the ternary systmes of pyridine-water with cyclohexane, o-xylene, aniline, monochlorobenzene, n-butyl acetate and ethyl acetate as solvents at 25℃, and those tie line data were used to test thermodynamic consistency. The experimental tie line data were correlated with the UNIQUAC and modified UNIQUAC models, and the parameters in each model and the calculated values of tie lines were predicted. The distribution and selectiviity curves in the equilibrium of ternary systems were determined to find the extraction effect.
