소화 하수슬러지의 2단 선회류 유동층 소각특성

Combustion Characteristics of Digested Sewage Sludge in a Two-Stage Swirl-Flow Fluidized Bed Incinerator

Abstract

실험실 규모의 2단 선회류 유동층 소각로에서 소화 하수슬러지의 소각특성 및 공해물질 배출특성을 파악하기 위해 소각실험을 행하였으며, 이 결과를 단단 유동층 소각로에서 얻은 결과와 비교하였다. 2단 선회류 유동층 소각로는 상단 freeboard에서 형성된 선회류 효과에 의해 입자 유출흐름 중의 가연성분 함량이 단단 유동층 소각로에 비해 감소하였으며, 상단 freeboard부의 온도가 높게 유지되었다. 그 결과 2단 선회류 유동층 소각로에서의 연소효율은 단단 유동층 소각로에 비해 다소 증가하였다. 또한 본 실험조건에서 NOx 의 배출농도는 13.9-20.4ppm으로 아주 낮았으며, SO2 배출농도는 1678-1931ppm으로 높은 값을 보이므로 SOx 저감방안에 대한 연구가 요구된다.
A series of experiments for incineration of digested sewage sludge in a laboratory scale two-stage swirl-flow fluidized bed incinerator are performed to obtain the combustion characteristics and the emission characteristics of gas pollutants. The results are compared with those obtained in the same size single-stage fluidized bed incinerator. due to the swirling flow in the freeboard of upper stage is higher than those of the single-stage fluidized bed incinerator. as a result, the combustion efficiency of the two-stage swirl-flow fluidized bed incinerator is higher than that of the single-stage fluidized bed incinerator under the same operating conditions. The range of NOx emission is as low as 13.9-20.4ppm, however, the emission of SO2 becomes as high as 1678-1931ppm, which need to be controled to meet the emission stand-ards.
