Abstract

BaO와 SrO를 기초로 한 촉매들중에서 La2O3-BaO 및 La2O3-SrO 형태의 혼합산화물 촉매, IA족 알칼리 금속이 첨가된 BaO와 SrO 촉매상에서 메탄의 oxidative coupling 반응을 수행하여 각 촉매들의 반응특성에 대하여 알아보았다. 같은 반응조건에서 전반적인 촉매활성은 BaO보다 SrO를 기초로 한 촉매가 더 높았으며, C2 탄화수소 선택도는 BaO를 기초로 한 촉매가 더 높았다. 그리고 BaO와SrO에 La2O3를 혼합했을 때 전반적으로 C2 탄화수소 선택도는 증가하였다. BaO와 SrO 등에 여러 알칼리 금속을 첨가하여 반응을 수행한 결과 10wt% K/BaO와 3wt% Li/SrO인 경우에 각각 가장 높은 선택도를 보였다.
In the BaO or SrO based catalysts, catalytic activities of mixed oxide catalysts such as La2O3-BaO and La2O3-SrO, and IA group alkali-promoted BaO and SrO catalysts for the oxidative coupling of methane have been investigated. Under the same reaction conditions, catalytic activity of SrO based catalysts were superior to those of BaO based catalysts. The selectivity for C2 hydrocarbons over BaO based catalysts was higher then that of SrO based catalysts. The C2 selectivity was increased when La2O3 was mixed with BaO or SrO. The 10wt% K/BaO and 3wt% Li/SrO showed the highest C2 selectivity in the various alkali-promoted BaO and SrO.
