Abstract
50℃의 등온하에서 SiCl4-Me2SiCl2, SiCl4-MeSiCl3 그리고 SiCl4-Me3SiCl계의 기액평형 실험은 headspace가 스크로마토그래피에 의한 정지법으로 수행하였다. 각 2성분계 혼합물중 SiCl4-Me3SiCl계는 공비혼합물을 나타내었으며, 그 외의 혼합물에서는 공비점이 발견되지 않았다. 얻어진 결과는 Wilson, Van Larr, Margules, NRTL식에 상호 연관시켰다. 이러한 2성분계 메틸염화실란에 대한 실험적인 기액평형 데이터를 분리 조작의 기초 데이터로 제시한다.
Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibria have been determined for SiCl4-Me2SiCl2, SiCl4-MeSiCl3 and SiCl4-Me3SiCl at 50℃ using headspace gas chromatography as static method. The system SiCl4-Me3SiCl forms an azeotropic mixture, while the other two systems did not have the azeotrope. The obtained results were correlated to the Wilson, Van Larr, Margules, NRTL equations. These experimental vapor-liquid equilibrium data for binary systems of methychlorosilanes are presented as the basic data of separation process.
