Abstract

HFSLM(hollow fiber supported liquid membrane)을 이용하여 추출제로서 TOP (tri-n-octylamine)을 방향촉 유기용매에 희석하여 염산 수용액중에 존재하는 Cd(II)을 추출하는 실험을 행하였다. 물질전달계수를 구하기 위하여 일정 부피를 가지는 hollow fiber module를사용하여 25℃, 0.01-5mol/dm3의 HCl 산성용액에서수용상의 Cd(II)농도 0.1-0.5X10-3mol/dm3, 유기용매인 o-xylene중에서의 TOA농도 0.1-0.6X10-1mol/dm3의 범위에서 실험하였다. 이를 통해 수용상의염산의농도 1mol/dm3, 유속80㎤/hr에서 얻은 물질전달계수의 최대값이 8.47X10-4cm/sec로서 본 실험의 범위내에서 이론값과 비교적 일치하였고, 또한 초기 염산의 농도가 높을수록, fiber내면의 유속이 증가할수록 물질전달계수가 증가하였다.
The extraction of cadmium(II) in aqueous HCl solution was carried with TOA(tri-n-octylamine) dissolved in aromatic organic solvents using HFSLM(hollow fiber supported liquid membrane). Hollow fiber module with constant volume was utilized to measure mass transfer coefficients of the extraction with aqueous solutions containing 0.01-5mol/dm3 of hydrochloric acid, 0.1-0.5×10-3mol/dm3 of cadmium(II) and o-xylene diluted organic solutions containing 0.1-0.6×10-1mol/dm3 of TOA at 25℃. The experimental value of the overall mass transfer coefficient in the concentration of HCl 1mol/dm3 was 8.47×10-4cm/
sec, which was accordant with theoretical value, and the mass transfer coefficient was increased with increasing initial concentration of HCl in aqueous solution and with increasing velocity of inner fibers.
