Abstract
작은 규모의 연소로로부터 배출되는 SO2, NO 및 분진을 제거하기 위하여 SO2 흡착 및 NO 환원반응의 촉매역할과 분진에 대한 여과작용을 동시에 수행하는 다공막으로 구성된 여과장치를 개발하였다. SO2 흡착 및 NO 환원촉매로 CuO-3.5Al2O3(Cu-7Al)를 사용하였으며, 이들을 다공막층에 입히거나 접합재를 사용하여 충전하였고, CO를 사용 Cu-7Al을 재생하여 반복 사용하도록 하였다. 본 연구결과 Cu-7Al은 SO2 제거 및 NO 환원에 높은 효율을 나타내었으며, monolith에 충전한 경우도 높은 전화율을 유지하였고, Cu-7Al 표면적의 영향이 크게 나타났다. 활성물질의 황화와 함께 NO 환원효율이 증가하였으며, 충전시 접합재로는 methyl cellulose가 좋은 것으로 판단되었다.
This paper describes a work based on the new concept of integrated pollutant control : a cross flow filter comprised of layered and gas permeable monolith that acts simultaneously as a SO2 sorbent, a NOx reduction catalyst and a particle filter. CuO-3.5Al2O3(Cu-7Al) was used as a regenerable sorbent-catalyst material and it provided high performance for SO2 removal efficiency, sulfur capacity and sorbent regeneration. The activity of NO reduction increased with sulfation of Cu-7Al and with its surface area. Methyl cellulose turned out to be a good binder.
