Abstract

반유통식의 초임계 유체 추출장치에서 초임계 상태에 있는 프로판을 용매로 사용하여 383K, 423K, 473K의 온도와 8.0-16MPa의 압력범위에서 페윤활유의 재생실험을 실시하였다. 회수된 재새윤활유의 성상 및 불순물을 분석한 결과 모든 실험조건에서 재생연료로써의 환경기준치를 만족하였고 재생유의 성상과 불순물의 함량을 미루어 보아 최적한 추출조건은 423K, 10MPa이었다. 또한 추출수율은 온도가 높을수록 압력에 크게 영향을 받으며 최대 85% 이상이었다.
The regeneration of waste lubricating oil was carried out under the conditions of temperatures 383K, 423K and 473K, and 8.0-16MPa pressure range by using propane solvent at supercritical condition. The contents of impurities and heavy metals contaminated in the refined oils that were regenerated at all the experimental conditions were fully satisfied the environmental criteria when used as fuel. The extraction yield was up to about 85%, according to the increase of pressure, but the optimum condition was likely to be that of 423K and 10MPa, considering the physical properties such as color and impurity contents in the refined oil.
