Abstract

현탁중합에 의해 poly hydroxyethylmethacrylate(PolyHEMA) beads 제조시 porogen용액(cyclohexanol, 1-octanol)의 구성비 변화가 PolyHEMA beads의 형태, 크기분포, 기공에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. Porogen 용액에서 1-octanol의 농도가 증가할수록 beads의 형태는 완전구형에서 불규칙하게 변화하여 갔으며, 평균 beads의 크기, 기공도 고리고 평균 기공 반지름들은 증가하였다.
It was investigated how the component ratio changes of porogen solution(cyclohexanol, 1-octanol) in suspension polymerization of poly hydroxye- thylmethacrylate(PolyHEMA) beads affects the morphology of PolyHEMA beads(shape, size distribution, pore). As the concentration of 1-octanol increases, shape becomes irregular and average size, porosity, average pore radius grow.
