Abstract
수용액으로부터 용존하는 혼합 말토올리고당의 분리 및 순도를 향상시키기 위한 기초연구로서 국내산 활성탄에 대한 말토올리고당의 흡착평형을 다루었다. 활성탄에 대한 단일성분의 흡착등온식은 Langmuir, Freundich 및 Sip식을 사용하여 나타내었고 다성분 흡착량은 확장된 Langmuir 등온식(extended Langmuir isotherm), 확장된 Langmuir-Freundlich 등온식(extended Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm) 및 이상용액이론(ideal adsorbed solution theory)을 사용하여 예측하였다.
Adsorption equilibrium of maltooligosaccharides on activated carbon was studied as a separation and purification method for maltooligosaccharids dissolved in aqueous solutions. Single-species isotherms were represented by the Langextended Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm(ELFI), and ideal adsorbed solution theory(IAST)
