Abstract

다양한 구조적 특성을 갖는 Ti-PILC 촉매를 제조하여 이의 물리화학적 특성을 관찰하고 질소산화물의 선택적 촉매 환원(Selective Catalytic Reduction, SCR) 반응에 적용하였다. 바나디아를 활성성분으로 담지한 Ti-PILC 촉매의 경우 SCR 반응에서 기존의 바나디아-타이타니아 촉매보다 우수한 촉매적 특성을 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 냉동건조에 의해서 제조된 Ti-PILC 촉매의 경우 macropore가 촉매 세공구조내에 발달됨을 관찰할 수 있었는데, 이는 배기가스 중에 NO와 동시에 포함될 수 있는 SO2에 의한 SCR 반응의 촉매활성저하 현상을 완화시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
Ti-PILC catalysts containing a peculiar physicochemical property were prepared for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO by NH3. V2O5/Ti-PILC catalyst especially revealed superior NO removal activity to the conventional SCR catalyst including V2O5/TiO2, a well -known SCR catalyst. For the freeze-dried Ti-PILC, needle-like crystallites forming a "house-of-cards" structure by delamination has been developed. It creates a multi-modal pore structure containing micro- and meso- or macropores in the pore network. The macropore may play a major role for the improvement in the catalyst deactivation by SO2, which is commonly contained in the flue gas in addition to NO.
