Abstract

최근 화학공장에 많은 자동 제어시스템이 도입되어 조업의 운전성과 안전성을 향상시키고 있지만 아직도 경험하지 못한 이상이나 비상상태시의 대처운전은 조업자의 경험지식과 판단에만 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인공지능기법을 이용하여 현재 사용하고 있는 조업자의 정형화된 지식과 공정의 운전상황을 파악하여 비상시 안전조업에 필요한 운전절차를 자동으로 합성해 주는 조업지원 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다.
Recently, automatic control systems have been introduced to improve operability and safety of operations in chemical plants. However, operations for unexperienced fault and emergency situation depend on heuristic knowledge and decision of operators. Therefore in this study, the operational decision support expert system is developed to automatically synthesize operating procedures for safe emergency operation by using formalized knowledge of operators and recognition of operational situation.
