Abstract
국내 무연탄과 수입 유연탄에 대한 벤치규모 순환유동층-내경 0.2 m × 높이 1 m 농후층, 내경 0.25 m × 10 m freeboard-에서의 연소특성이 비교되었다. 국내산 무연탄은 삼척산으로 발열량이 4,529 kcal/kg이었고 수입 유연탄은 호주산 Balir Athol탄으로 발열량(as received)은 6,455 kcal/kg 이었다. 유연탄과 무연탄의 연소특성은 연소로 축방향 온도분포에서 차이가 났으며, NOx 발생특성도 차이가 있었다. 0.061 mm 이하의 비산재 입자에 의한 미연분 손실이 연소효율에 중요한 영향을 나타내었다. 0.061 mm 이하 비산재 입자에 의한 무연탄과 유연탄 입자 가연분 손실은 각각 57, 70%를 차지하였다.
Combustion of a Korean anthracite and an imported bituminous coal in a bench scale circulating fluidized bed, 0.20 m I.D.×1 m-high bed and 0.25 m I.D.×10 m-high freeboard, was performed and the characteristics of combustion were compared. Test coals were anthracite received from Samchuk, Korea with the heating value of 4,529 kcal/kg, an imported Australian bituminous coal with the heating value of 6,455 kcal/kg. Both coals showed different vertical combustor temperature profiles, i.e., burning characteristics. Their trends of NOx emission levels were also different. Combustibles loss of the tested anthracite and the bituminous coal by fly ash of particle diameter smaller than 0.061mm was significantly contributable to the combustion efficiency. Combustible loss of the fly ash smaller then 0.061 mm from the anthracite and the bituminous coal was, 57 and 70%, respectively.
