Abstract

연소로와 외부 열 교환 장치(EHE: external heat exchanger)로 입자를 분리, 공급 할 수 있는 비기계적 두 방향 loop seal장치를 고안하였다. 이를 통해 상온에서 유속, 고체 주입량, slit높이가 입자의 흐름에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 반응기내 유속이 증가할수록 충분한 유동화 현상으로 인해 입자의 분리 및 공급현상이 안정적으로 나타났으며 입자정량공급 조절이 상대적으로 용이하였다. Slit높이는 분리, 공급 특성에 영향을 주지 못하였다. Loop seal내의 유동화 상태가 안정적으로 유지될 때 각 방향으로 분리, 공급되는 입자량의 선형적인 조절이 가능하였다.
A loop seal which can separatedly supply particles to the EHE and Riser was designed and its performance was evaluated at room temperature. The operational parameters such as solid aeration gas rate, rate of particle introduction to the loop seal, and slit height to the flow characteristics of particle were investigated. As gas velocity increases in reactor, separation and transportation of particles were stabilized due to adequate fluidization condition and the quantitative supply of the particle was available. However, the separation and supply characteristics of particle is not influenced by slit height. When fluidization condition within loop seal is stable, amount of supplied particles into the EHE or Riser were controlled linearly.
