Abstract

탄산칼슘의 Biomineralization 반응을 수행하기 위해 다양한 아미노산을 첨가하여 결정화 실험을 하였다. 탄산칼슘의 액체-액체 반응으로 염화칼슘과 탄산나트륨을 사용하였고, Silk fibroin, 아스파라긴, 아스파르트산, 글루탐산과 글리신과 같은 첨가제를 사용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 그리고 결정화 반응에서 반응 시간, pH, 용질의 농도를 변경하여 탄산칼슘 결정의 형태 변화를 조사하였다. 결정의 분석을 수행하기 위해 XRD, FE-SEM 그리고 FT-IR 장치를 사용하였다. XRD로 칼사이트와 베터라이트의 결정과 피크 강도를 계산하였다. FE-SEM으로 결정의 외형과 크기를 비교하였고, FT-IR 스펙트럼으로 결정을 확인하였다. 반응 시간에 따른 결정의 분포는 XRD의 피크 영역과 FT-IR의 데이터로 확인하였다.
Crystallization experiments were performed by addition of various amino acids into biomineralization mixture of calcium carbonate. Liquid-liquid reaction of calcium carbonate was investigated by mixing calcium chloride, sodium carbonate and additives such as silk fibroin, asparagine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and glycine. Also, the effects of reaction time, pH and solution concentration were observed. Analysis of crystals was done by FE-SEM, XRD, FT-IR equipments. FESEM was used in order to analyze morphology and crystal size. XRD was used to measure peak intensities and presence of CaCO3 crystal. Two kinds of crystals were confirmed by FT-IR spectrum. Crystal distribution with reaction time was identified with measured peak areas of XRD and FT-IR data.
