Abstract

국내산 갈탄은 산용액에 용해될 수 있는 회분을 많이 함유하고 있기 때문에 보편적인 수증기 활성화법과 다른 산처리 방법(침출활성화)으로 활성화하였다.
국내산 갈탄을 사용하여 기상흡착용 활성탄을 제조할 때 수증기 활성화법 보다 산처리 활성화 방법이 적합함을 알았으며 이때의 최적조건들과 선택성을 밝혔다.
Since the Korean lignite contains large amount of ashes that are soluble in acid solution, the activated carbon was manufactured by an acid treatment method (leaching activation) which is different from the conventional steam activation method.
It is found that the acid-treatment method is better method than the steam activation method for manufacturing gas-adsorbent carbons from domestic lignite.
In this experiment, the optimum conditions of this process and preferential adsorptivities are determined.
