Abstract
명반석의 유효성분 유출에 있어서는 명반석을 700∼800 ℃로 가소하고 산으로 분해시키는 것이 상례로 되어 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 산추울에 대하여 여러 방법을 시도하였던 바 200 mesh로 분쇄한 명반석을 약 당량의 85 % 황산과 혼합하여 전기로중에서 200 ℃로 1시간 가열하고 물로 추출하면 유효성분의 97 %이상이 추출되었음을 알았다.
The common method for extracting the available components from alunite is to roast the ore between 700∼800 ℃ and to decompose the calcined alunite thus obtained with acid. In this study, a different extraction technique was tried and was found the fact that preliminary baking of the grinded alunite(200 mesh) being mixed with the required amount of 85 % H2SO4 at 200 ℃ for an hour in an electric furnace could yield over 97 % of the available components in the ore by extracting the baked ore only with water.
