Abstract

반성코크스를 원료로 사용하여 결합재를 사용하지 않은 탄소 성형체 제조시의 성형압 및 소성온도에 따른 성형체의 특성을 조사하였다. 성형압의 경우 1500kg/cm2까지는 성형체의 특성치변화가 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 동일한 성형압하에서 소성온도를 변화시켰을 경우에는 1200℃에서 가장 높은 강도를 나타내었으며 밀도는 1.60g/cm3이었다.
The properties of carbon solid prepared from semi-coke powder without using a binder were examined on both the moulding pressures and the calcining temperatures. Up to 1500kg/cm2, the pressure effect on the carbon solid changed characteristically high. The highest compressive strength was obtained on carbon solid calcined at 1200℃, and its density was 1.6g/cm3.
