Abstract

본 연구에서는 혼합 정수 비선형 모델(mixed integer nonlinear model)을 이용하여 만기일을 넘길 때의 불이익을 고려하는 다제품 생산용 회분식 공정에서의 스케쥴링 문제를 다룬다. 지금까지는 중간 저장 탱크의 UIS(Unlimited Inter-mediate Storage)정책을 가지고 만기일이 넘었을 때의 불이익을 고려하는 스케쥴링 문제를 경험적인 법칙을 추가한 BAB(Branch and Bound)과 SA(Simulated Anealing)방법을 이용해서 다루었으나 본 논문에서는 UIS 뿐만 아니라 NIS(No Intermediate Storage)의 경우와 만기일보다 일찍 생산된 경우의 불이익도 함께 고려한다.
Using a mixed integer nonlinear model, we deal with the problem of scheduling in multiproduct batch processes with due-data penalties. So far this problem was treated for an unlimited intermediate storage policy using a BAB(Branch and Bound) and a SA(Simulated Anealing) method with heuristic algorithms. In this paper, we consider both tardiness and earliness penalties and no intermediate storage as well as unlimited intermediate storage policy.
